Worldwide human resources company Manpower Inc. is changing its name ManpowerGroup. The namechange was unveiled yesterday morning (March 30) at the headquarters in Milwaukee
The Manpower name and current identity will be retained as on of ManpowerGroup's four main brands. The other brands are ManpowerGroup Solutions, Experis and Right Management, and together they make up a "suite of solutions". Experis is an all new brand, while Right Management is an existing brand which has had a separate identity until now.
The new corporate logo and the new division logos seem to be derived from the current Manpower logo, which has five parellel pastel colored bars which form the initials M and P. The ManpowerGroup logo has just four parallel bars, perhaps representing the four main brands.
The Martin Agency is credited with helping ManpowerGroup coming up with the new identity.
